The agreement

By submitting an email to the protocol you acknowledge that Aenivum is a ritual service, not a therapeutic service, not a medical service, and not a surveillance service. The archive collects what the subject records, nothing more.

Eligibility

The protocol is intended for adults seventeen years and older. A subject under that age is asked to return later. Aenivum will not knowingly retain data from underage subjects and will remove such data on notice.

Conduct

The impression is an address to the self, filtered through a glyph. It is not a channel for threats, harassment, or content involving minors. Content scanning is automated and minimal — a single match triggers human review. Confirmed violations result in archive suppression and, if warranted, withdrawal.

Sustain subscription

Participants who choose to sustain the protocol may do so at eleven dollars per month or one hundred and eleven per year. The subscription funds the operational continuation of the archive. Non-sustaining participants have identical access to every feature. There are no tiers. Cancellation is self-service and immediate.

Withdrawal

The subject may withdraw at any time. Withdrawal ends access and triggers archive scrub within thirty days. The subject may not selectively delete individual impressions without withdrawing the account — this is a property of the archive, not an omission.

Warranty

The protocol is provided without warranty. Ænivum does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of signals, matching of correspondents, or pairing of echoes. The practice is the practice; the system is the system. If the system fails the practice can resume when it returns.

Liability

Aenivum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the protocol. Aggregate liability is capped at the amount the subject has contributed to sustain the protocol in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

When these terms change, active participants receive a single email. Continued use after sixty days constitutes acceptance. A subject who disagrees may withdraw without penalty.

Contact

Off-protocol correspondence for legal or crisis matters uses the address published in the magic-link email. A human reads what arrives.
